Level III Residential Treatment
Location: Charlotte, NC, serving females 7 to 17This service is in a staff-secure treatment setting (group home). Our program provides individualized, intensive, and structured support within a highly supervised therapeutic environment designed to promote safety, stability, and functional independence. Services are tailored to address each individual's unique behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs while minimizing behaviors that interfere with daily functioning. Clients receive continuous therapeutic oversight, consistent behavioral interventions, and proactive crisis prevention strategies to reduce the frequency and intensity of behavioral escalations. When necessary, trained staff implement evidence-based crisis intervention techniques to ensure the safety of the individual and others while supporting emotional regulation and the development of adaptive coping skills. This comprehensive level of care promotes optimal functioning, skill acquisition, and long-term success across home, school, and community settings.

Referrals for the level III female group home should be sent to referrals@graciousinterventions.com.

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment and Addendum (if necessary) recommending level III placement
Current Person-Centered Plan
Psychological Evaluation (if completed).
Our dedicated referrals email is the primary point of contact for all referral-related communications. Providers, agencies, schools, hospitals, community partners, and other authorized referral sources are encouraged to submit referral inquiries, request admission information, and coordinate placement through this secure communication channel. Our team reviews all referral submissions promptly and will respond regarding eligibility, service availability, and next steps in the referral process.
